The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

A Culinary Vision Rooted in Persian Heritage

Nestled within the iconic Atlantis The Royal on Palm Jumeirah, Ariana's Persian Kitchen is the passion project of Iranian-American celebrity chef, cookbook author, and television host Ariana Bundy. Drawing on a childhood spent in Iran — where farming and food were formative influences — Bundy has devoted more than two decades to championing the culinary traditions of her culture. Her eponymous travel and food show, broadcast on Nat Geo People, first brought Iranian cuisine to a global audience; her Dubai restaurant now invites guests to experience it firsthand.

An Interior Inspired by a Historic Home in Kashan

The setting is as thoughtfully crafted as the food itself. The décor draws inspiration from a historic home-turned-culinary-center owned by Bundy in Kashan, Iran, translated into a lively, sumptuously appointed dining room that resonates with Dubai's design-loving crowd. Hammered copper tray tables sourced from the Grand Bazaar of Isfahan, artwork by Iranian artists, vaulted embossed ceilings, regal arches, and pink marble floors with gold accents create an atmosphere that feels like a vivid extension of Bundy's own personality. The sweet scent of rosewater greets guests at the door, setting the tone for an immersive Persian experience.

From October to March, an alfresco terrace offers views over the spectacular Skyblaze water and fire fountain — an unforgettable backdrop for an evening meal.

Signature Dishes That Define Iranian Cuisine

The kitchen presents Iranian cuisine with a presentation that is light and beautiful — garnished with fresh herbs, microgreens, flower petals, saffron, pistachios, and pomegranate — without ever overshadowing the integrity of each dish. Must-try signatures include the delicate rosewater sea bream, the rich and complex fesenjoon (chicken stew with walnut and pomegranate), and the deeply aromatic ghormeh sabzi (herb stew). The succulent joojeh saffron chicken kebab, served alongside gold-leaf-topped jeweled rice, is an unmissable celebration of Persian flavour and craft.
