The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

A Landmark Concealed in the Gardens of Paris

Tucked away within the leafy Carré des Champs-Élysées, the Pavillon Ledoyen has been breathing life into Parisian gastronomy for more than two centuries. It was here, in 2014, that Chef Yannick Alléno chose to plant his most ambitious flag — opening Alléno Paris on the first floor of this magnificent neo-classical building, whose ornate wood panelling is classified as a historic monument. Just seven months after opening, the restaurant was awarded three stars by the Guide MICHELIN, a feat that cemented its place among the very greatest addresses in the world.

The Vision of Yannick Alléno

Yannick Alléno's story begins in his parents' bistrot, where a love of sharing and conviviality took root early. Trained by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France including Gabriel Biscay and Roland Durand, and later inspired by the legacy of Auguste Escoffier, Alléno forged what he calls Cuisine Moderne — a deeply personal interpretation of French cuisine built on revolutionary techniques. At the heart of his cooking: sauces reimagined through proprietary Extractions®, fermentation, and cryoconcentration, capturing the very essence of ingredients and allowing each product to enter into dialogue with the next.

An Exceptional Gastronomic Imprint

The dining room at Alléno Paris is at once grandiose and intimate. Canvases conceived by artist Kostia and realised by the Montex ateliers lend a quiet elegance to the space, while the kitchen produces dishes that are, in the restaurant's own words, "constructed, architectured, and meticulously researched." The French cuisine on offer ranges from the signature Collection menu (from €330) to an extraordinary Black Truffle menu at €620, with wine pairings curated to match each experience.

Recognised by The World's 50 Best Restaurants — ranked as high as 25th in 2019 — Alléno Paris stands as one of the definitive expressions of modern French cuisine on the global stage.

The Conciergerie de Table

Beyond the plate, Alléno Paris has reinvented the very notion of hospitality with its Conciergerie de Table. Before a guest even arrives, the team reaches out to understand their wishes, the occasion, and their expectations — co-creating a unique, dedicated menu. Personalisation and anticipation are the guiding principles, transforming each visit into a singular, irrepeatable experience.

The World's Most Starred Independent Establishment

Alléno Paris anchors a constellation of restaurants within the Pavillon Ledoyen — alongside L'Abysse Paris and Pavyllon Paris — making it the most starred independent establishment in the world, with six Michelin stars under one roof. An evening here is not merely dinner; it is an encounter with French cuisine at its most inventive and profound.
