Presented by Argus Hospitality, Maestro's Mediterranean sits within the Manteo resort on Lakeshore Road, its dining room and sprawling terrace looking out over the south side of Okanagan Lake. The setting is deliberate: warm exterior hues, olive and fruit trees, fountains, and herbs planted along the terrace echo the visual language of the Mediterranean coast, bringing a distinctly European sensibility to the heart of British Columbia's wine country.

A Kitchen Rooted in Coastal Tradition

The menu draws inspiration from the port cities and coastal towns of the Mediterranean — Valencia, Genoa, Split, Nice — translating their shared culinary vocabulary into dishes built around sea-inspired ingredients, local vegetables, and generous use of oils, spices, and grains. Plates are designed for sharing, spanning both small and large formats, with meaningful options for vegetarian and gluten-free diners. The kitchen's philosophy, as the restaurant puts it, is a "celebration of a storied, European culinary history" matched with the evolved service expectations of a modern dining room.
