The kitchen is led by Chef Svetoslav Serafimov, whose approach centers on sourcing the finest local produce at its seasonal peak. The open kitchen greets guests on arrival, making the craft of cooking part of the atmosphere rather than something hidden away. The current seasonal menu captures what the restaurant calls "a feeling of lightness, energy, and culinary freedom" — a Mediterranean spirit expressed through the best ingredients each season has to offer.
