A Boston Original, Now in North Texas

Steve DiFillippo purchased a small family restaurant called Davio's in Boston's Back Bay in 1985. As the city's culinary tastes evolved, he transformed it into a destination — and the philosophy that drove that transformation, captured in his book It's All About the Guest, still shapes every location today. The Colony outpost at Grandscape Boulevard is part of a network of eight restaurants stretching from Massachusetts to Virginia, each carrying that same commitment forward.
