The Food

Pizza is the anchor, but the menu runs considerably deeper. All pizzas are made with imported Italian 00 flour — gluten-free dough available — and range from a clean Margherita or Marinara to more composed options like the Tartufina (confit cherry tomatoes, sausage, truffle oil) or the Polpettina, which features meatballs and a ricotta-filled crust. The Napoletana 2.0 pairs confit cherry tomatoes with anchovies and stracciata cheese for a sharper, briny profile.

Beyond pizza, the Neapolitan-Italian cuisine extends through a full trattoria menu. Antipasti include Tris Montanare — small fried pizzas topped three ways — alongside Beef Carpaccio with truffle oil, Tris Arancini, and the signature Antipasto Bella Napoli, a generous spread of bruschetta, arancino, burrata, salame, eggplant parmigiana, and mozzarella in carrozza.
