But The Aerie backs up the scenery with a kitchen that takes its craft seriously.

The menu is rooted in modern American cuisine — artfully plated dishes built around local, seasonal, and organic ingredients. It's a style that sits comfortably between refined and approachable, the kind of cooking that rewards attention without demanding formality. Snowbird's own dress code says it well: "from snow pants to high heels, resort casual."

A Wine List Worth the Climb

The Aerie holds a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for 2025, recognition that reflects a wine program with genuine depth. The list spans hundreds of selections from vintners across the globe, and an in-house sommelier is on hand to help navigate it — whether you arrive knowing exactly what you want or need a starting point entirely.

The Lounge

For those who prefer a looser pace, The Aerie Lounge offers the same elevated perch with a full bar, live music, and a rotating slate of food and drink specials. It's first-come, first-served and 21-and-over — a natural landing spot after a day on the mountain, or simply a reason to linger after dinner.

The restaurant also functions as an intimate private venue, available for parties and banquets, with menus that shift to reflect holidays and seasonal events.
