The menu is anything but typical. Prime dry-aged steaks share the stage with hand-made pastas, Italian classics, chops, and the freshest seafood — a range that earns the "Modern Italian Steakhouse" label honestly. One10 is also certified by the Official Kobe Beef Association, a distinction that speaks to the kitchen's commitment to sourcing at the highest level. The M Bar and the Wine Program

One10's M Bar is a destination in its own right — artfully curated around the best mozzarella, with accompaniments both traditional and modern. It is, by the restaurant's own account, the most unique bar space on Long Island.

The wine list is where One10 has earned particular recognition: Wine Spectator awarded it the Best of Award of Excellence in 2024, a reflection of a cellar that spans more than 600 fine wines from over 14 countries. The sommelier holds accreditation from the Court of Master Sommeliers Association and is on hand to guide pairings. Twenty-four "Premium Pours" are served at ideal temperature through a state-of-the-art Italian Cruvinet system, which preserves each bottle as if it were just uncorked.
