The story
Since 1995, 350 Main Brasserie has held its address at the heart of Park City's historic Main Street, offering a style of modern American cuisine that draws on global technique without losing its mountain-town footing. The restaurant earned a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence — recognition that speaks to the seriousness of its cellar and the care taken in pairing what's on the plate with what's in the glass.
The dinner menu moves with confidence across a wide range of influences while staying grounded in quality sourcing. Starters include 350's Classic Tuna Tartare with avocado, nori chips, wasabi tobiko, and pineapple soy sauce — a dish marked as a house signature — alongside Chaat Masala Dusted Soft Shell Crab with tamarind chutney and toasted curry oil, and Calvados Flamed Raclette with fingerlings and cornichons.
Mains lean into the region without leaning on cliché. Roasted Elk Loin arrives with yuca, mojo verde, and pickled onions; Rocky Mountain Trout is paired with tasso ham, sweet corn, and red beans; and a Grilled 7oz Prime Beef Tenderloin comes finished with port demi glace and herb mashed potatoes. Faroe Islands Salmon with spätzle, yellow beet purée, and dill cream shows the kitchen's comfort moving between American and European registers — the hallmark of assured modern American cooking.
Desserts include a Millcreek Cacao Roasters "Chuno" Mousse with pistachio cookie, a Madagascar Vanilla Crème Brûlée, and a Sticky Toffee Bundt Cake with English toffee sauce and candied pecans.
The signature cocktail list is built around local and regional spirits. High West whiskeys appear in multiple forms — the Barrel Roll (bourbon, cognac, Peychaud's, orange twist) and The Last Stand (Midwinter's Night Dram, Carpano Antica, green chartreuse). Alpine spirits from Utah's own distilling scene anchor several others, including the Golden Hour with alpine gin, Aperol, and raspberry, and the Sage Advice with High West Double Rye, grapefruit, and fresh sage. Non-alcoholic options — the Flower Girl and Basil Biteless — are given the same attention as their spirited counterparts.
350 Main also operates as a full private dining venue, with dedicated event spaces, banquet menus, and a group sales team. The restaurant has hosted Sundance Film Festival buyout events, a reflection of its standing in a town that draws a discerning crowd year-round. Sister properties — The Spur Bar & Grill next door, Big Dipper, and Star Bar — round out a small hospitality group with deep roots in Park City.
