Born from the vision of Chef Owner Ryan Ratino and guided by Culinary Director Brendan Mahon, the restaurant invites just 16 guests at a time into a world where Japanese and French cuisine converge with imagination, precision, and a genuine sense of play.

An Immersive Culinary Journey

The experience unfolds in two distinct acts. Guests begin at the chef's counter, watching the culinary team craft each creation in real time — an interactive, front-row seat to the kitchen's inner workings. From there, the evening transitions to the pastry parlor, a cozy lounge where refined, playful sweets bring the night to a close. It is a seamless progression designed to captivate from first bite to last.

Two tasting menus anchor the offering. The Journey ($195 per person) features four snacks, four savory courses, a plated sweet, and a signature magic box — a curated window into the restaurant's Japanese and French culinary philosophy spanning just over two hours. For those seeking the full expression, The Jaunt ($375 per person) presents more than 20 preparations showcasing prized luxury ingredients, sparing nothing in ambition or execution. Both menus evolve with the seasons, reflecting the team's commitment to ingredient integrity.
