The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

A Family Legacy at the Table

Chef Robert Ghini and his brother Victor grew up in their father Mario's restaurant, helping out before they could even reach the counter. That upbringing shaped everything about Limoncello Ristorante — the warmth of the greeting, the care in the kitchen, the conviction that a guest's total satisfaction is non-negotiable. "Thanks for trusting us to delight you," the brothers say, and at Limoncello that reads less like a tagline than a genuine promise.

Now the next generation of the Ghini family welcomes diners from Palm Beach and across the country for authentic Italian cuisine that reflects both regional tradition and personal pride.

What's on the Plate

The menu moves through the full arc of an Italian meal with confidence. Antipasti range from Mozzarella Caprese with fresh buffalo mozzarella and vine-ripened tomato to Carpaccio di Manzo — thin-sliced raw beef with arugula, capers, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. The pasta section leans into house-made preparations: Tagliatelle Bolognese arrives on homemade egg noodles with a traditional meat ragù, while Lasagna Bolognese layers house-made spinach pasta with ragù, Parmigiano, and béchamel.

Among the secondi, Scaloppine di Vitello offers veal prepared four ways — Piccata, Marsala, Pizzaiola, or Francese — and the Snapper Marechiaro brings together clams, shrimp, calamari, and tomato sauce in a single composed dish. It's Italian cuisine executed with the kind of specificity that comes from cooking these dishes your whole life.

The Wine Program

Wine Spectator awarded Limoncello its Best of Award of Excellence for 2025 — recognition that reflects a list built with real intention. By-the-glass options span an Alois Lageder Pinot Grigio from Trentino-Alto Adige to a Tutela Amarone della Valpolicella, with Italian and Californian bottles sharing the list alongside thoughtful French selections. The cocktail program adds its own personality, anchored by a house-made Limoncello Martini made with Tito's Vodka and fresh lemon.

The Setting

Limoncello sits along PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens, with outdoor seating available alongside the main dining room. Private parties and catering round out the offering — a natural extension of a family that has always understood hospitality as something you share.
