Dishes from the Restaurant Week menus offer a useful window into the kitchen's approach — Blackened Snapper arrives with corn spoon bread, Swiss chard, and a corn emulsion; Teriyaki Salmon is plated with shiitake sticky rice and soy butter sauce; a filet comes with Gouda potato cake, chili-seared spinach, and cabernet jus. Starters include Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and a French Onion Soup finished with brandy and aged Swiss cheese.

The wine program has earned Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence for 2025 — recognition that reflects a list assembled with real intention rather than obligation. Signature cocktails round out the bar offering, making the lounge a destination in its own right.
