Sitting inside Liberty State Park in Jersey City, Maddy Rose commands one of the most dramatic dining backdrops in the New York metropolitan area: the Manhattan skyline, Lady Liberty, Ellis Island, and the Liberty Landing Marina, all visible from your table. The restaurant was formerly known as Liberty House, and the rename carries a personal weight — the space was rechristened after the owners' daughter, Maddy Rose. The food, the hospitality, and the views remain exactly as they were. Only the name changed.

The kitchen leans into two distinct strengths: perfectly seared steaks and ultra-fresh seafood.
