Ai Fiori is embarking on an exciting new chapter, embracing the essence of Riviera cuisine with a reimagined dining room that resonates with relaxed glamour and joy. Recognizing that great restaurants, much like people, move through transformative cycles, this renaissance is rooted in an immersive experience for all the senses — sound, sight, and taste. The newly redesigned space evokes a dusky, sultry atmosphere, with staff dressed in chic cream jackets reminiscent of the Riviera's nautical charm and walls adorned with evocative French and Italian scenes.

Chef Lauren DeSteno & the Mediterranean Table

Leading the kitchen is Chef Lauren DeSteno, whose personal ties to the Mediterranean — shaped by recent travels to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco — deeply influence every plate. The menu reinvents Ai Fiori's offerings to be more inviting and shareable, anchored by the restaurant's renowned signature handmade pastas, now invigorated with fresh, bold flavors. Coastal-inspired small plates and an expanded verdure section invite exploration, while main courses — from Swordfish Brochettes to Lamb and Chicken Roulade — celebrate both new and reinvented classics, each infused with the nautical-chic spirit of the 1960s and '70s.

Bar Fiori & the Art of Celebration

The experience extends seamlessly into Bar Fiori, where Martini Hour runs Monday through Friday from 5 to 6 pm — a choice martini paired with a Fiori Burger or Half Dozen Oysters for $40. On Friday and Saturday evenings, pianist Andrea Domenici and vocalist Davide Cerreta fill the room with live jazz, while Sunday Suppers bring an all-vinyl global music set by DJ Arjun alongside a refined prix fixe menu. No Corkage Mondays invite guests to bring a treasured bottle, free of charge.
