The Food: Global Inspiration, American Roots

The menu draws on Chef Ramsay's decades of travel and cooking across the UK, the US, France, Singapore, and beyond — all channeled into an all-day American dining format that runs from breakfast through late-night cocktails. Anchor dishes include the iconic Beef Wellington and classic Fish & Chips, alongside a rotating selection of local favorites given a Ramsay twist. Desserts — among them the Sticky Toffee Pudding — round out a menu designed for sharing as much as for celebrating.

The wine program earned Ramsay's Kitchen a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2025, recognition that reflects the care put into a list built to complement everything from a weekday lunch to a full private event buyout.
