Parkers' Lighthouse

Three floors above Long Beach Harbor, Parkers' Lighthouse serves mesquite-grilled seafood, creative sushi, and prime steaks with panoramic water views.

The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

Parkers' Lighthouse rises three levels above Long Beach Harbor, with a view of the Queen Mary from every table. The setting is as direct a statement as the food: mesquite-grilled fresh seafood, creative sushi and sashimi, and an extensive wine list that has earned the restaurant Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence.

A Menu Inspired by the Pacific

The kitchen's philosophy is straightforward: "simple, subtle, and flavorful ingredients to enhance the natural flavors of seafood." Fish arrives daily from local purveyors — fresh wild Alaskan fish, local day-boat catches, and Hawaii's freshest selections all make regular appearances. The Californian seafood menu leans innovative without being showy, and Parkers' was among the first restaurants to join the Aquarium of the Pacific's Seafood for the Future program, a commitment to sustainable sourcing that runs through the entire operation.

The Queensview Steakhouse

On the third floor sits the Queensview Steakhouse, a supper club with its own identity: live music, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and a menu built around prime steaks, chops, lobster, and fresh grilled fish. It's a room that suits both a business dinner and a long, unhurried evening — the kind of place that earns its "romantic, every time" reputation without trying too hard.

The Wine Program and the Team

The two-story wine cellar is a centerpiece of the building, and the wine program reflects genuine investment: Wine Spectator has recognized it with its Award of Excellence. General Manager Stacy Lee, a longtime Long Beach resident and Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certified, has worked her way through nearly every role in the restaurant before taking the helm. Sales Manager Annalisa Padayhag has led the events team since 2001, and Jennifer Mills brings WSET accreditation alongside deep experience in restaurant and wine bar management. The depth of the team shows in the consistency guests describe across occasions.

For Every Occasion

From a casual patio lunch overlooking the harbor to a private banquet in one of the event spaces, Parkers' Lighthouse handles the full range. The lounge opens daily and Happy Hour brings specially priced cocktails, wine, and craft beers. The rotating draft list leans heavily on Southern California breweries, keeping the beverage program as locally rooted as the kitchen's sourcing.
