The menu is American in its confidence and eclectic in its influences. A curated selection of signature dishes leads with bold flavors and precise presentation. Among the highlights visible on the current menu: a Tomato Salad with Green Olives, Humboldt Fog, and Fresh Herbs; General K's Hot & Sour Lobster served with Grilled Shiitake and Broccolini; and for dessert, Mayfair's Rose — Dark Chocolate Mousse with Kirsch Cream and Brandied Cherries. The Restaurant Week prix fixe offers a window into the kitchen's range: Hamachi Crudo with calamansi and Fresno chili, a classic Caesar with white anchovy and parmigiano, New York Strip Steak, Grilled Branzino, and a Black Forest Cake to close.
