The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

Cantonese Tradition on the Las Vegas Strip

Inside the Bellagio, flanked on three sides by manicured gardens and the hotel's famous lake, Jasmine offers one of the most considered Chinese dining experiences in Las Vegas. The setting — curated Chinese art, serene water views, and the intermittent spectacle of the Bellagio fountain show — frames a kitchen rooted in classical Cantonese technique.

The restaurant's focus is traditional Hong Kong Cantonese cuisine alongside regional contemporary interpretations. Live seafood is a centerpiece, handled with the precision that Cantonese cooking demands: purity of flavor, careful attention to texture, and restraint over excess. Signature dishes include Peking Duck and Crispy Honey Sea Bass, two preparations that speak to the kitchen's range — from the ceremonial to the delicate.

A Room Built for Occasion

Jasmine operates as a proper fine dining destination: table service, an intimate pace, and a dining room that accommodates private parties and group reservations with equal attentiveness. Groups of ten to eighteen can be seated with a curated pre-fixe menu tailored to the occasion, while larger parties of fifteen or more have access to dedicated private dining arrangements.

The wine program earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, a recognition that reflects genuine depth of selection. The list leans into American and French wines, with a particular emphasis on aromatic whites and medium-bodied reds — a thoughtful pairing strategy for a cuisine where acidity and texture in the glass matter as much as weight.

Seasonal and Purposeful

During Las Vegas Restaurant Week, Jasmine offers a multi-course menu that moves through the kitchen's repertoire: starters like pot stickers and crushed cucumber, soups including hot & sour and West Lake, and entrées ranging from cashew chicken to slow-braised beef and truffle-infused tofu. It's a useful window into how the kitchen balances comfort and refinement within the Cantonese idiom.

Open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner, Jasmine is one of the few places on the Strip where Chinese cuisine is treated with the same seriousness as the city's celebrated French and Italian rooms.
