The Room and the Art

The renovation brought more than a new menu. Luxurious furniture and a warmer, more seductive atmosphere set the tone, while seven original works by contemporary visual artist Patrizia Didiomete anchor the walls. Her pieces were chosen to complement the design rather than simply decorate it — a considered touch that signals how seriously Bistecca takes the full sensory experience of a dinner here.

What's on the Table

The menu covers serious ground. On the steak side, guests can choose from a Scotch Filet, Butcher's Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, a 36 oz Porterhouse, and Filet Mignon — all prime-grade USDA cuts. The Italian side of the menu holds its own with signature pasta, seafood, and a tableside Caesar salad that remains a quiet showpiece. Scratch-made desserts round out the meal.

The wine program has earned Bistecca a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, recognition that reflects both the depth of the list and the care taken in its curation. Signature cocktails, mocktails, and a full bar round out the beverage options for those who prefer something other than wine with their Italian steakhouse dinner.

Beyond the Wine Spectator honor, Bistecca has been named Best Fine Dining Restaurant, Best Date Night Spot, and Best Wine Bar in the Best of Las Vegas awards — a sweep that speaks to how the restaurant resonates with locals and visitors alike.
