Bardot Brasserie

Chef Michael Mina reimagines classic French cuisine at this acclaimed ARIA brasserie on the Las Vegas Strip, honored by Wine Spectator.

The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

A Parisian Café on the Las Vegas Strip

Chef Michael Mina designed every detail of Bardot Brasserie with a singular vision: to transport guests to a café along the Champs-Élysées in the 1920s. Located on the second level of ARIA Resort & Casino, the restaurant delivers on that promise with a menu rooted in classic French comfort food and a wine list spanning both New World and Old World selections — a combination that earned it Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence.

The accolades don't stop there. Bardot Brasserie has been recognized as a James Beard Foundation Best New Restaurant Semifinalist, named Restaurant of the Year and Brunch of the Year by Desert Companion, and honored as Best French Restaurant by the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association. On the Strip, where competition is relentless, that breadth of recognition says something real.

The Menu

The French cuisine here is both faithful to tradition and quietly confident in its own identity. The Beef Wellington is presented as a centerpiece — described on the menu as "the show before the show" — a tableside-worthy preparation that anchors the dinner experience. Brunch brings a French Toast that the kitchen makes no attempt to describe as ordinary, and the meal closes with a Chocolate Macaron that rounds things out with precision rather than excess.

The wine program is expansive enough to match the ambition of the food, with options suited to a leisurely weekend brunch or a full dinner service.

The Setting

Bardot Brasserie serves dinner Tuesday through Saturday, with brunch available Friday through Sunday. A private dining room seating up to 45 guests offers an intimate option for exclusive gatherings. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. — a rare and welcome gesture in this corner of the Strip.
