A summer pairing dinner showcased Atlantic Salmon with Lemon Butter Beurre Blanc alongside a selection of lighter bottles, including a Pinot Noir sourced directly from the LOLA vineyard and a VDP Grosse Lage Riesling from Peter Lauer.
