The story
Brazeiros Churrascaria describes its mission plainly: a modern interpretation, yet an authentic experience, of Southern Brazil's centuries-old gaucho heritage. That heritage is built around fire, meat, and the ritual of the churrasco — and at this Brazilian steakhouse on Kingston Pike, the ritual plays out in full at every table.
The heart of the experience is the rodízio service: gauchos circulate the dining room with skewers of up to 15 different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and sausage, carving directly tableside. The Full Experience covers all 15 cuts, while the Varietal Experience offers nine — including Top Sirloin, Leg of Lamb, Pork Ribs, Chicken Breast wrapped in bacon, and Chicken Teriyaki, among others. A Chicken & Salad option and a fully vegetarian Salad Bar menu ensure the table works for everyone.
Every meal comes with unlimited access to a 30-item gourmet salad bar and a rotation of Brazilian hot side dishes. Crispy polenta, caramelized banana, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled pineapple, and cheese bread are replenished at the table throughout the meal. Farofa, yucca, steak sauces, and French fries are available on request at no extra charge, as are black beans and white rice. Large shrimp or seared salmon can be added to any meal for a small supplement.
Brazeiros earned a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence — a mark of a thoughtfully assembled cellar that complements the bold, fire-driven flavors of South American cuisine. The wine list is offered as a dedicated menu section alongside a full beverages and spirits program, making the restaurant a natural fit for wine pairing dinners as well as celebratory group gatherings.
Beyond its flagship Knoxville location, Brazeiros operates a second room in Louisville, Kentucky. The Knoxville dining room accommodates large groups, private parties, and live entertainment, and the kitchen extends its Brazilian and South American cuisine into catering. Whether the occasion is a weekday lunch or a formal dinner, the format — abundant, convivial, anchored in an old-world grilling tradition — stays the same.
