The story
Victoria & Albert's sits within Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and it operates at a register entirely its own. The setting draws from Queen Victoria's Jubilee Celebration — shimmering chandelier crystals, Victorian-inspired murals, delicate embroidery and intricate lace details compose a room that feels both grand and intimate. The atmosphere is deliberate, the service exacting, and the food the product of a kitchen that has accumulated some of the most respected accolades in American dining.
Chef de Cuisine Miguel Santeliz leads the culinary team. His two-decade career at Walt Disney World took him through several of the resort's signature restaurants before arriving at Victoria & Albert's in 2022. Along the way he developed menus for the fine dining restaurant Remy aboard Disney Cruise Line and collaborated with three-MICHELIN-star Chef Arnaud Lallement of L'Assiette Champenoise — a résumé that speaks to the seriousness of what happens in this kitchen. Pastry Chef Ally Rogers, a third-generation pastry chef, brings classical foundations and modern technique to every dessert course, overseeing pastry development across Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa while leading her own team at Victoria & Albert's.
Together they have built an ever-evolving tasting menu of modern American cuisine, shaped by seasonal ingredients and elevated technique — a menu that shifts rather than settles.
Maître d'Hôtel Israel Pérez — recipient of the 2024 MICHELIN Guide Florida Service Award — has assembled a wine list of over 500 selections drawn from 35 regions, with bottles reaching back to the early 1900s. Wine Spectator recognized this collection with its Best of Award of Excellence in 2025, a distinction that reflects the list's depth and curation. Zero-proof pairings are also available for guests who prefer them.
Guests choose from three distinct experiences. The Dining Room seats guests beneath a grand rotunda dome styled after a tranquil Victorian garden. Queen Victoria's Room offers an expanded tasting menu with personalized tableside service, limited to four couples per night. The Chef's Table places up to six guests steps from the kitchen itself, in direct proximity to the team at work.
The restaurant holds a MICHELIN Star (awarded 2024), a Forbes Travel Guide Five Star rating, the AAA Five Diamond Award continuously since 2000, and a place in the Florida Trend Golden Spoon Hall of Fame — a cumulative record that positions Victoria & Albert's among the most decorated American cuisine restaurants in the southeastern United States.
