Hush Sushi Kitchen and Bar on South Main Street in Keller, Texas is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Tommy Zheng and Donny Wu — a duo who brought decades of restaurant experience from New York City and Columbus, Ohio before planting their most ambitious concept in the heart of the DFW area. Tommy serves as Executive Chef and co-owner, while Donny drives the business vision alongside him. Together, they set out to raise the bar for Japanese cuisine in North Texas, blending treasured family recipes with innovative, modern presentations.

A Concept Built Around Experience

The philosophy at Hush is straightforward: the freshest fish, eye-catching presentations, and world-class hospitality in a space that feels both luxurious and genuinely welcoming. Every design detail inside the restaurant — the tableware, wall tiles, light fixtures, even the logo — is said to reflect the founders' journey.
