The Person Behind the Experience

General Manager Sebastian Grier has been with the Rick Erwin Dining Group for over a decade, and his approach to the floor is shaped by an unlikely background: the performing arts. Raised in Greenville and trained at the Fine Arts Center and Governor's School for Arts & Humanities, Sebastian began his hospitality career in 2011 and has since been involved in opening and training at multiple Rick Erwin's locations. His guiding principle — drawn from his mother's advice — is simple: treat people the way you want to be treated. That ethos is evident in how the room runs.
