Partake Dine occupies a quietly ambitious corner of Grants Pass, Oregon, where the pace slows down on purpose. The space operates across three distinct but connected experiences — a lounge, a fine dining room, and a tasting room — each designed to let guests move at their own rhythm rather than be rushed through a meal.

The lounge sets the tone: thoughtful cocktails, curated wines, and seasonal dishes in a relaxed yet refined setting. Walk-ins are welcome there, and the menu rewards exploration. The fine dining experience, available Thursday through Saturday by reservation only, is where the kitchen's full attention comes into focus. Chef Wolf builds each menu around seasonality and technique, with optional wine pairings selected to complement rather than overshadow the food. It is the kind of dinner meant to be taken slowly, course by course.

Wines Taken Seriously

The tasting room runs Tuesday through Saturday and carries an international selection of wines and artisan cheeses chosen, as the team puts it, for "character, quality, and sense of place." That curatorial seriousness earned Partake Dine a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2024 — recognition that reflects both the depth of the list and the knowledge behind it. A monthly wine club offers three bottles selected around a rotating theme, each chosen for the story it carries: soil, climate, vintage, the people who made it.

Sommelier Shawn leads guided tastings and special events, including collaborative dinners with producers such as Ridge Vineyards and intimate Sommelier's Table sessions in the tasting room. These evenings bring the wine list to life in a way a catalogue alone cannot.

Beyond the Dining Room

Partake extends its seasonal hospitality well beyond its own walls. A mobile wine and cheese service delivers curated packages — from a single bottle of bubbles to a full tasting flight for a group — directly to homes and businesses within the area. Private event catering, designed in collaboration with the classically trained kitchen team, rounds out an operation that is genuinely built around the idea of sharing good food and wine wherever the occasion calls for it.
