The Garden View Private Dining Room accommodates intimate groups, while The Wine Cellar — a newer addition — handles parties up to 52 guests in a setting that doubles as a showcase for the restaurant's acclaimed wine collection. For larger gatherings, the Medallion Room opens up to 90 guests. Adjacent to the main restaurant, Spark, the in-house gastropub, offers a more relaxed atmosphere with seating for 45 or standing room for 75.

Events and Catering

With over 14 years of experience, Embers has established itself as Alachua County's go-to private dining and catering operation. The restaurant has provided food and service for events including the Ronald McDonald Red Shoe Affair, Noche de Gala, and the Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner — a track record that reflects consistent execution at scale.

Private event menus run three or four courses, with the kitchen and sommelier team designing the experience around the occasion. Off-site catering is also available for those looking to bring the Embers standard to an outside venue.

Embers is open Monday through Saturday, evenings only — a schedule that keeps the focus squarely on dinner service. Reservations are recommended, and the restaurant asks for six hours' notice on cancellations.
