The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

Where the Rockies Meet the Table

At the heart of The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, Colorado, WYLD is the resort's signature American restaurant — a place where stacked stone, rich wood, and nature-inspired artwork set a tone that is refined without being stiff. The room flows naturally into an adjacent horseshoe bar and connects to The Great Room, a lodge-inspired lounge anchored by a three-story stone fireplace, making it an easy choice for pre-dinner cocktails or a late-night nightcap.

Forbes Travel Guide recognized WYLD for exactly the qualities that define it: an innovative menu built on locally sourced ingredients, remarkable attention to detail, and an impeccably trained staff that moves efficiently without ever feeling intrusive. The wine list holds its own surprises, and the cocktail program shifts with the seasons — herbaceous in summer, more savory come winter.

Locally Sourced, Thoughtfully Composed

The kitchen draws on locally farmed meats and vegetables alongside seafood sourced from top destinations, with a sophisticated wine list to match. The menu's commitment to regional ingredients extends into a rotating series of special dinners throughout the year: an Earth to Table series at the WYLD Terrace highlights Colorado farms' fresh produce week by week, while a Nonna's Sunday Dinner brings a four-course Italian family-style format into the mix. Executive Sous Chef Chiang Lambert also leads a Chinese Dinner Series in summer, bringing a distinct set of flavors into the restaurant's broader American framework.

Private Dining and the Edge of WYLD

For smaller gatherings, the Edge of WYLD private dining room accommodates up to twelve guests with a fully customized experience at the center of the resort. Nearby, Anderson's Cabin — the original home of one of the seven bachelors who settled the area in the 1900s — offers an exclusive setting for up to ten guests, with sweeping views over Beaver Creek. Both options reflect the same priorities as the main dining room: quality, detail, and a sense of place.

WYLD is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with smart casual dress and a warm, inviting energy that carries from the first course through the last round at the bar.
