Oklahoma's First USDA Prime Steakhouse

Since 1998, Boulevard Steakhouse has held a singular distinction in the state: it is Oklahoma's first USDA Prime steakhouse. Located on South Boulevard in Edmond, the restaurant has spent more than two decades setting the standard for fine dining in the region — a track record that earned it Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence in 2022, a recognition reserved for restaurants with exceptional depth and breadth in their wine programs.

A Family Operation

The restaurant is a Holloway family affair. Sheree Holloway founded it and continues as owner, while Executive Chef Jeffrey Holloway leads the kitchen. The family's investment in the experience runs through every detail, from the sourcing of USDA Prime beef to the personally curated wine list that caught Wine Spectator's attention. Alex Holloway rounds out the core team as Operations Analyst, keeping the day-to-day running with the same care the restaurant has maintained since its opening.

Boulevard Steakhouse is part of the broader Holloway Restaurant Group, which also operates Cafe 501 and Sparrow Modern Italian — but the steakhouse remains the flagship, the place where the group's commitment to quality American steakhouse dining is most fully expressed.

The Experience

This is an evening-only destination, open seven nights a week for dinner. The menu extends beyond the main courses to include desserts and a happy hour, and outdoor seating is available for those who want to take in the Edmond evening. For guests who prefer to dine at home, online ordering is also on offer.
