General Manager Eric Holton brings two decades of hospitality experience to the floor. A native of Southern Georgia, Holton's philosophy is straightforward: every guest should leave happier than when they arrived. For private events, Rick Erwin's Clemson offers two dedicated rooms: a larger space accommodating up to 22 guests, finished with rich mahogany detail and tinted glass doors for privacy, and a more intimate room for parties of up to 12. Both carry no room rental fee. For larger corporate gatherings, the adjacent Inn at Patrick Square can host up to 150 guests with full audiovisual and catering support.
