Ripple claims the largest selection of wine by the glass in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, and the list backs that up — rotating through sparkling, white, rosé, and red pours from Burgundy, Sicily, Willamette Valley, Macedonia, and beyond. Over 40 wines are available by the half glass, making flights a genuine exploration rather than a token gesture. Flatbreads span a Forager version with mushrooms and truffle oil to a Spanish flatbread with beef short rib and chimichurri.
