The Food

The kitchen leans on technique and scratch-made foundations. Dinner means handmade pastas, slow-cooked sauces, fresh proteins, and wood-fired pizzas that pay homage to Neapolitan tradition. Lunch follows the same ethos — crisp Napoletana pizzas, handmade pastas, and vibrant salads — delivered with the kind of attentive, unhurried service that makes a midday meal feel worthwhile. Weekend brunch adds a playful edge: crab cake eggs benedict, strawberry Nutella Belgian waffle, and crepes florentine with fresh mozzarella, paired with espresso, a spicy bloody mary, or a prosecco mimosa.
