Situated inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 1000 Boardwalk, Il Mulino New York brings the polish of its namesake brand to one of the East Coast's most iconic addresses. USA Today recognized it as the Top Casino Restaurant in America — a distinction that speaks to both the quality of the kitchen and the sophistication of the experience. The Menu

The kitchen works through the full arc of Italian cuisine — antipasti, pasta, risotto, meat, poultry, and fish — with an evident commitment to quality ingredients. Antipasti range from a tableside Caesar with 24-month aged Parmigiano to grilled octopus with Campari tomatoes, black olives, and potatoes, and a carpaccio of prime filet mignon shaved thin and finished with aged Parmigiano and arugula.

Pasta is a particular strength. The Ravioli ai Porcini arrives in a champagne truffle cream sauce with shaved black truffle, while the Lobster Ravioli is finished with butter, sage, tomato concassé, and fresh lobster meat. The Capellini Il Mulino — wild mushrooms, guanciale, sweet peas, vodka cream, and black truffle sauce — reads as a house signature. Gluten-free pasta is available across the board.

Secondi lean classic and generous: Ossobuco with porcini mushroom sauce and Parmigiana risotto, a half rack of lamb with Barolo wine sauce, and English Dover Sole for those drawn to the seafood side of Italian cuisine. Veal chops appear in multiple preparations — al limone, alla Parmigiana, al Marsala, alla Salvia — reflecting the kind of menu depth that rewards repeat visits.
