The story
At Level 122 of the Burj Khalifa, At.mosphere Restaurant occupies one of the most singular dining addresses on the planet. The views over Downtown Dubai and the Gulf are, by definition, unmatched — and the kitchen works hard to justify the altitude. The restaurant earned a Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star rating for 2026, recognition that reflects both the quality of the food and the full breadth of the experience on offer.
The cooking at At.mosphere is rooted in modern French cuisine, expressed through tasting menus that run to seven or thirteen courses. The sourcing is precise: Kobe A5 and Okan wagyu with a marbling score of 9+ anchor the protein-forward set menus, while black truffle appears as the centrepiece of a dedicated vegetarian tasting menu — a thoughtful gesture that goes well beyond token accommodation. Seasonal dishes shift the menus across the year, keeping the contemporary French fare grounded in what's at its best.
At.mosphere is not a single-note destination. The Lounge offers breakfast with wagyu charcuterie, a deconstructed Benedict with black truffle and turkey remoulade, and à la carte options such as scrambled eggs with Baeri caviar and Canadian lobster. High tea is a structured affair — two- or three-course set menus with bluefin tartare brioche sandwiches and desserts like raspberry Eton mess and reversed lemon tarts, accompanied by a global tea selection spanning Japanese sencha to Darjeeling. The Conservatory caters to cigar aficionados with a curated premium selection.
Beyond the Forbes Four-Star, At.mosphere holds a recommendation in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai, a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, and has been named World's Best Landmark Restaurant by the World Culinary Awards — among other accolades. The restaurant has also been recognised as Dubai's best romantic dining destination. These are not incidental honours; they reflect a sustained commitment to placing serious fine dining at the top of the world's most iconic tower.
