What Arrives at the Table

The menu reads like a confident tour through the Italian kitchen. Handmade pasta is a clear strength: tagliatelle with black truffles and bone marrow, green tagliatelle with prawns, porcini mushrooms and red caviar, and ravioli filled with rabbit in a white mushroom and Madeira sauce speak to a kitchen that takes its craft seriously. Lasagne alla Parmigiana — layered with Bolognese, béchamel, mozzarella and prosciutto cotto — anchors the heartier end of the menu.

Starters include a spinach salad with sautéed porcini, celery, Parmesan and bean hummus, and grilled baby squid stuffed with prawns.
