At Enigma, he has channelled all his creative energy and 35 years of experience into his most personal restaurant yet. Thanks to a determined and relentless process of evolution, Enigma has emerged as a one of the highlights of Barcelona’s gastronomic scene. Here, seasonal ingredients are imbued with the chef’s genius, subtle touch, to create delicate, beautiful and delicious dishes. The tasting menu is comprised of around 25 courses and changes regularly. Living legend:The same spirit of creative freedom that created a gastronomic revolution at El Bulli (where Adrià worked from 1985-1997 and five-time The World’s Best Restaurant in 2002, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009) can be found today at Enigma.
