The story
On Moscow's leafy Strastnoy Boulevard, Twins Garden has established itself as one of the most celebrated fine dining destinations in the world. Holders of 2 Michelin Stars, a Michelin Green Star for sustainability, and the Michelin Best Service Award (Moscow 2022), the restaurant has also earned a coveted place on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list for three consecutive years — ranking as high as #19 in 2019. La Liste has named Twins Garden the best Russian restaurant every year from 2021 to 2024, while WhereToEat Russia has awarded it best restaurant in the country in 2020 and 2022, and best in Moscow from 2019 through 2023.
At the heart of Twins Garden's philosophy is an own farm in the Yaroslavl region, which supplies the kitchen with fresh, seasonal produce and underpins the restaurant's commitment to sustainability. This farm-to-table ethos is felt in every course, with menus that read like gastronomic diaries — each dish a reflection of the Russian landscape, its textures, and its flavours.
The tasting menu "Legends of Ancient Cities" is a journey through eleven dishes, each evoking the character and atmosphere of ancient Russian towns such as Murom, Uglich, Myshkin, and Bogolyubovo. The new "Ferma" dasting set — 12 dishes presented across 8 courses with choices — is described as a gastronomic diary celebrating the arrival of warmth and nature's generosity. Twins Easy takes a different direction: the most rare and luxurious ingredients prepared through complex, innovative techniques.
For guests who prefer the freedom of selection, Twins Garden also offers an exclusive à la carte menu of ten refined dishes — an invitation to experience haute cuisine without committing to the full tasting experience.
Complementing the food is what is considered the largest wine collection in Russia, featuring over 2,000 labels. Many of these are genuine rarities available in the country in only one or a handful of copies, making Twins Garden a destination not only for food lovers but for serious wine enthusiasts as well.
Guests are welcomed daily from 12:00 to midnight in an atmosphere defined by elegance and attentive service. A smart casual dress code and thoughtfully curated tasting menus — each designed for one guest — ensure that every visit to this Moscow landmark feels both personal and extraordinary.
