Since 2021, +39 Pizzeria & Mozzarella Bar has been bringing the aromas and spirit of Naples to Stolyarnyy Pereulok in central Moscow. Founded by Parisi & Co, the pizzeria was built around a single conviction: that authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with genuine ingredients and real craft, deserves a permanent home in the Russian capital.

The Dough, the Oven, the Mozzarella

The kitchen keeps no elaborate secrets. Dough ferments for a minimum of 48 hours — a slow process that produces a crust that is both fragrant and easy to digest. The wood-fired oven stays hot all day, and the menu draws directly from the traditions of Neapolitan cuisine: honest, recognizable, rooted in the Mediterranean.
