The story
Ristorante Allora extends a warm invitation to its grande famiglia — a place devoted to what the team describes as the most authentic Italian cuisine in Warsaw. Recognised by Gambero Rosso, Italy's most authoritative food and wine guide, Allora has earned its place among the city's noteworthy dining destinations.
At the heart of Allora is capocuoco Miłosz, a chef who grew up and learned to cook in Rome. That formative experience in Italy shapes everything on the plate: bold flavours, honest ingredients, and a deep respect for Italian tradition. Before opening Allora, Miłosz spent six years as head chef at Port Royal, where he worked extensively with top-quality seafood — a sensibility that continues to inform his approach.
The menu moves through the rhythms of Italian cooking: a daily selection of antipasti, handmade fresh pasta, seasonal fish, and colourful desserts. The Italian cuisine here is built on daily preparation rather than shortcuts, and the range reflects the breadth of the Italian table rather than a single regional focus.
As evening settles in, the restaurant shifts register — the space takes on a more elegant mood, with Italian music setting the tone for a longer, more leisurely dinner. The interior itself was designed with warmth and life in mind: a considered space that feels both refined and genuinely inviting.
Outdoor seating is available, and the kitchen serves both lunch and dinner throughout the week.
