The name says it all: Dwa Światy means "Two Worlds," and the concept runs through everything at this Białystok restaurant. The wine list is divided between Old World bottles — Europe and Eurasia — and New World selections from the Americas and Australia, with close to a hundred labels available, many by the glass. That breadth earned Dwa Światy a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2024, a recognition that speaks directly to the seriousness of the cellar and the care behind every pairing.

Two kitchens at one table

The food menu mirrors the wine philosophy. Chef Marek Pogorzelski leads the kitchen, offering Polish cuisine reinterpreted through his own authorial lens on one side of the menu, and world classics on the other. A dedicated steak section rounds out the offer — built on carefully sourced meat and precise preparation, it's the choice for anyone drawn to bold, intense flavours. The result is a menu that invites genuine comparison and experimentation: guests sharing dishes across both sections, discovering combinations they wouldn't have expected.

Cocktails, spirits, and signature drinks complete the picture, designed to work as well with an evening of conversation as with a full dinner.

Dwa Światy is also a venue. The team organises corporate gatherings, private parties, and events of all kinds, with an exclusive-use room available and a regular programme of in-house events.
