At the core of the Maaemo experience is an ever-evolving seasonal tasting menu, thoughtfully composed to reflect the rhythms of nature and the finest produce each season has to offer. Priced at 5,500 NOK per guest, the menu is complemented by a carefully curated range of beverage pairings — from the classic wine selection (3,400 NOK) and the prestigious prestige wine selection (8,500 NOK), to the extraordinary "Holy Grails" experience (26,500 NOK) for the most discerning connoisseurs. Guests who prefer to abstain from alcohol are equally catered for with a dedicated seasonal non-alcoholic drink selection at 1,900 NOK per guest.

An Intimate Yet Exclusive Setting

Maaemo's main dining room welcomes tables of one to six guests, offering an atmosphere of understated elegance and focused attention. For those seeking an even more exclusive occasion, the Private Dining Room provides the full Maaemo experience in a completely separate, intimate yet spacious setting. With its own dedicated kitchen and staff, the Private Dining Room accommodates up to 16 guests — making it an exceptional choice for special celebrations or private gatherings.

Planning Your Visit

Reservations at Maaemo are released on the 1st of each month at 12:00 PM CET, two months in advance of the desired booking date — a system that reflects the care and anticipation that surrounds every table. For those wishing to share the experience, gift cards are also available, covering everything from the seasonal tasting menu to a full wine pairing, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
