The story
Perched between the first tee and the 18th hole of one of Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Golf Courses in the world, Quivira Steakhouse occupies a setting that few restaurants anywhere can match. The breezy beachfront clubhouse — a thatched-roof structure with slatted rattan ceilings open to the sea breeze — frames sweeping views of the Pacific, making it as much about the atmosphere as what arrives on the plate.
The restaurant anchors the Quivira Golf Clubhouse alongside the 19th Hole Bar, the natural gathering point for golfers before and after a round. As a steakhouse, it draws a crowd well beyond the golf community, and its wine list earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2020 — recognition that signals a program curated with genuine care, not afterthought.
The top floor of the clubhouse holds a private dining room and special event space, offering panoramic views across the practice facility, golf course, and open ocean — a room suited for private dinners, corporate events, or any occasion that calls for an exceptional backdrop. Outdoor seating, shaded and sea-facing, runs throughout the ground level.
Quivira Steakhouse serves lunch and dinner, making it a full-day destination within the larger Quivira Los Cabos resort community on the southern tip of Baja California Sur.
