Come early evening, the pace softens into easy dining — drinks, small plates, the last of the daylight. Tuesday nights bring a dedicated Lobster Rendezvous: a four-course menu centred on what the restaurant calls the "King of Crustaceans," prepared with a distinct Italian flair. It is the kind of recurring event that gives a resort restaurant a genuine identity beyond its setting.
