The Philosophy Behind the Plate

Executive Chef Helder Sequeira Amaral brings a distinctly considered approach to the steakhouse format. Born and raised in Portugal, he entered the culinary industry at 16 and spent his career working across renowned and award-winning restaurants around the world, drawing on diverse food cultures along the way. At SW Steakhouse, his guiding principle is straightforward: exceptional dishes come from respecting the ingredient and using every part of it, not from technical complexity.
