The People Behind the Plates

Executive Chef Dániel Katona trained in France before spending years in Spain, including three under Jordi Cruz — a chef who holds six Michelin stars. That foundation shows in the precision and depth he brings to Felix's refined Mediterranean cuisine, where time, technique, and ingredient quality are treated as non-negotiable.

The wine programme carries equal weight. Tamás Czinki, Hungary's first Master Sommelier, curates a list that is both bold and balanced — a distinction recognised by Wine Spectator, which awarded Felix its Best of Award of Excellence. For a restaurant to earn that recognition, the wine offering must demonstrate extraordinary depth across regions and styles, and Czinki's curation clearly delivers.

At the bar, Gergő Piller brings experience from leading venues across Dubai, Europe, and Asia. His signature cocktails set the tone at Felix Bar and at HIDE — the premium speakeasy operating beneath the restaurant, which comes alive as a club on Friday and Saturday nights.

Spanish and Seafood Sensibilities

The menu draws on Spanish and broader Mediterranean traditions, with seafood playing a central role. The approach favours the finest ingredients treated with care — a philosophy that runs through everything from small plates and snacks to a full dinner service.

Between 16:00 and 18:00, as the kitchen transitions toward the evening, guests are invited to explore the cocktail selection alongside signature pizzas, snack-menu bites, and desserts — a relaxed interlude before the full dinner experience begins.

Chef's Table and Private Dining

For those who want a closer look at the kitchen's craft, the Chef's Table seats twelve guests directly inside the open kitchen, offering a front-row view of the gastronomic process. It works equally well for themed family dinners, masterclasses, or intimate corporate lunches, with a BOSE sound system and dedicated sales support for event planning.
