Armani/Ristorante

A Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in the heart of Paris's Rive Gauche, led by Sicilian chef Massimo Tringali since 2016.

The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

Where Italian Craft Meets Parisian Elegance

On the Place du Québec, in the heart of the Rive Gauche, Armani/Ristorante occupies the first floor of the Emporio Armani Paris space — a setting that reflects the precise, understated aesthetic Giorgio Armani has made his signature. The ground floor houses a bar and a year-round open veranda; upstairs, the restaurant and its adjoining lounge offer a more composed, intimate atmosphere for lunch and dinner.

Chef Massimo Tringali

The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Massimo Tringali, a Sicilian who left his home island in 2001 at twenty-one to build his career in Paris. He worked at the Hôtel Mona Lisa before joining the team at Le Carpaccio in the Royal Monceau, where he followed the head chef to Casa del Mare in Porto Vecchio, Corsica — earning a Michelin star along the way. After a decade back in Italy, he returned to Paris in 2016, taking the helm of Armani/Ristorante. Two years later, his cooking and the work of his brigade were rewarded with a Michelin star of their own, which the restaurant has held for nine consecutive years. Gambero Rosso has also recognised the restaurant with 2 Forks. Tringali's approach brings the authenticity of Italian cuisine — rooted in his Sicilian origins — into the Parisian fine dining scene without compromise.

Commitment Beyond the Plate

Armani/Ristorante holds a meaningful place in Paris beyond its accolades. It is the first Italian restaurant in France to receive the Ecotable "3 macarons" certification, reflecting a commitment to responsible sourcing and a controlled environmental footprint — values the restaurant describes as a direct expression of Giorgio Armani's own principles. The restaurant is also affiliated with the Collège Culinaire de France, an organisation that champions artisanal food production and the preservation of traditional culinary techniques against industrialisation.

Every Thursday evening, the space opens for an aperitivo from 20:00, offering a more convivial entry point into the world of Italian cuisine that Tringali and his team have built here.
