Elements Restaurant

Oceanfront fine dining on Aruba's Eagle Beach, blending Caribbean warmth with Mediterranean flair, sustainably sourced ingredients, and Wine Spectator recognition.

The story

Crafted with passion, served with love

Elements Restaurant sits directly on Eagle Beach — ranked the number-one beach in the Caribbean and third in the world — as part of the award-winning adults-only Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort. The setting alone would be enough to draw a crowd, but what keeps guests returning is a kitchen that takes its responsibilities seriously: to the plate, the guest, and the island itself.

A Philosophy Grounded in Sustainability

The concept here goes well beyond sourcing buzzwords. The kitchen runs on 100% renewable energy and achieves zero food waste to landfill. Ingredients are local and organic wherever possible, portions follow a European model designed to minimize waste, and there is no mandatory service charge — gratuity goes directly to the team that earns it. Food & Beverage Director Nicolas Nemalceff and Executive Chef Federico Martin lead a culinary team that brings this philosophy to life with precision and creativity on every plate.

Caribbean Cuisine with Mediterranean Soul

The menu describes itself as "Caribbean warmth and Mediterranean flair," and the dishes bear that out. Lunch ranges from a Mahi-Mahi Ceviche with homemade citrus leche de tigre to grilled Octopus Burrata with locally produced cheese and black olive oil. Handmade pizza dough — prepared fresh daily on-site — underpins pies topped with wagyu A5 bolognese or truffle-basil paste and roquefort. Jerk Chicken Tacos with melon-pineapple salsa and a Wagyu Bucuti Burger round out the more casual end of the midday menu, while desserts such as Passionfruit Pavlova and a Baklava Croissant with miso-white chocolate ice cream signal that the kitchen is genuinely playing.

Dinner and a private cabana romantic dinner option extend the Caribbean fine dining experience into the evening, with the ocean as the backdrop and the trade winds doing the rest.

Inclusive by Design

Gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian guests are not afterthoughts here — dedicated options appear across every course, and the team will create something bespoke for any dietary need on request. The adults-only (18+) policy, maximum of six guests per table, and a phones-for-photos-only etiquette rule preserve the calm, unhurried atmosphere that has earned Elements the top spot for beach fine dining in the Caribbean on TripAdvisor in 2025 and the number-seven date-night restaurant in the world on the same platform.

The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence — held since 2019 — reflects the same care applied to the cellar, making wine pairing a natural extension of the meal rather than an afterthought.
