Two Venues, One Philosophy

Stebuklai, meaning "miracles" in Lithuanian, operates two distinct restaurants in Vilnius. Stebuklai Katedra sits opposite the city's cathedral, offering a raw and grill menu with daily à la carte and weekend brunches. Stebuklai Parlamentas, in the city centre, specialises in business lunches and private events, housed in a light-filled space with a terrace. Both venues provide outdoor seating and private rooms, adapting to every occasion.

The kitchen’s philosophy centres on two techniques: raw preparations and grilling. Dishes like tartare and ceviche demonstrate a delicate hand, while grilled meats and seasonal fish deliver bold, smoky flavours. This dual focus has earned Stebuklai Katedra a Michelin recommendation, a testament to its consistent execution.
