Da Antonio is a Meschino family restaurant that has been serving Italian cuisine in Vilnius since 1996. Over three decades, it has become a fixture in the city's dining scene, welcoming generations of loyal guests. The restaurant has evolved from classic Italian roots to a contemporary, creative style that respects tradition while embracing modern techniques and bold flavour combinations. In 2024, Da Antonio earned a place in the Michelin Guide Lithuania as a Recommended restaurant, a recognition it continues to hold. It is also regularly listed among the top 30 restaurants in Lithuania and appears in the Falstaff Restaurant Guide.

The Kitchen and the Chef

The kitchen is led by chef Dmitrij Babenko, who has guided the culinary team for many years. Together they craft modern Italian cuisine with precision and creativity. The menu features handmade pasta and ravioli, fresh fish, aged meats, and original interpretations of Italian desserts. The philosophy is simple: true Italian cooking requires only the best ingredients, patience, and heart.

Standout Dishes

Among the signature dishes are the Ravioli ‘Gyoza’ al Vitello – gyoza-style ravioli with slow-cooked veal and a Limoncello sauce. For seafood lovers, the Rombo Arrosto offers roasted turbot with zucchini pappardelle, gremolata, and anchovy colatura cream. The Tiramisù «Da Antonio» is a house interpretation with coffee, amaretto, raspberries, chocolate, and mascarpone cream. Starters include Carpaccio di Manzo with aged beef and Parmigiano, and a Hamachi carpaccio with Aperol, oranges, and citrus pearls. Every dish reflects the kitchen’s meticulous attention to product and technique.

Open daily from noon to 11 PM, the restaurant has a limited number of tables, so advance booking is recommended, especially for evenings and weekends.
