The story
14Horses in Vilnius has found its home. Now in its third location, the restaurant has settled into the elegant Senatoriai Passage on Dominikonų Gatvė. The team describes it as a “traveling restaurant” that has finally reined in its horses for the long haul, and the address feels like a permanent stage for their evolving story.
The philosophy here is firmly rooted in local principles. Ingredients arrive on the plate in a rhythm dictated by nature, supported by the restaurant’s own regenerative farm, Farmer’s Circle, located just 70 kilometres from Vilnius. This direct connection to the land, along with year-round relationships with other local farmers, ensures the menu changes with the seasons.
That menu is a fixed-price, four-course affair presented as a free-choice selection. A starter, main, and dessert unfold the full picture of 14Horses’ approach to modern cuisine—each dish a concrete expression of what Lithuanian soil can offer.
At the helm are chef and restaurant manager Justinas Misius, whose vision guides the kitchen. The result is cooking that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026, a recognition the restaurant wears naturally—proof that good quality and good value can come from a deeply local, thoughtfully sourced kitchen. For special occasions, the team can arrange flowers, a cake, or a glass of champagne on arrival, adding a personal touch to an already deliberate evening.
